Job Description

Title: DataHub Architect (AWS)

Location: Torrance CA

Duration: 6 Months

Description:

The DataHub Architect (AWS) will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining a scalable data hub on the AWS cloud. This role requires expertise in data architecture metadata management and various AWS data services. Key responsibilities include architecting and customizing DataHub using AWS services designing data architectures with services like Redshift S3 Glue and Snowflake and building ETL workflows. The role also involves leading metadata management implementing data governance and security best practices managing databases optimizing performance collaborating with stakeholders documenting architectures and utilizing CI/CD and automation.

Qualifications typically include a Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field and several years of experience in data engineering or architecture with a focus on DataHub implementation. Required skills include proficiency with AWS data services extensive experience with Snowflake strong technical skills in data modeling ETL SQL and Python and knowledge of data governance and DevOps practices. Strong leadership communication analytical and problem-solving skills are also important.
