Design & Planning
-
Develop design concepts schematic drawings working drawings and detailed layouts for projects.
-
Ensure designs are functional cost-effective and aligned with project requirements and company vision.

Coordinate with structural MEP landscape and interior consultants.

Regulatory & Approvals
-
Prepare and submit drawings for statutory approvals as per local development control rules (DCR) and bye-laws.
-
Ensure compliance with building codes RERA fire norms and environmental regulations.
-
Liaise with government authorities/liaison teams for necessary sanctions (IOD CC OC etc.).

Project Coordination
-
Work closely with the project head engineering and construction teams during execution.
-
Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
-
Resolve on-site design issues and provide technical guidance to teams.

Client & Stakeholder Interface
-
Interact with clients senior management and consultants to present and finalize designs.
-
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into design deliverables.
