Lifecycle Management: Drive customer engagement through lifecycle marketing ensuring customers are successfully onboarded educated and retained throughout their journey.
Product Marketing: Act as the product marketer for the US stock investing product managing positioning messaging and communication strategies to highlight the unique benefits to customers.
Campaign Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and launch marketing campaigns including email social and paid media. Manage timelines budgets and resources to ensure timely .
Customer Engagement: Develop strategies and initiatives to engage customers at different lifecycle stages increasing product usage and long-term retention.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze and report on campaign performance customer behavior and growth metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the product team sales customer support and other marketing teams to align strategies share customer feedback and ensure the product marketing efforts are aligned with the broader company goals.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in growth marketing or a similar marketing role with a focus on customer acquisition engagement and retention. Previous experience in managing marketing strategies for consumer-facing products or services is a plus.
Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in lifecycle marketing customer segmentation and performance marketing strategies (email marketing social media paid ads).
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data interpret key metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling product messaging and collaborate effectively across teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with multiple teams (e.g. product sales customer success) to deliver cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.
Tools & Platforms: Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Mailchimp) customer engagement platforms (e.g. Intercom) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Tableau)
