Job Title: Tele-caller for Sales

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Fashion TV India products.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Manage and maintain customer databases with accurate information.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide clients with information about promotions and current offers.
  • Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain call records and update management on progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to devise effective sales strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and preferences.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and sales performance.
  • Assist in the development of scripts and strategies for cold calling.
  • Identify upselling opportunities during conversations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while conducting calls.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in tele-sales or telemarketing is desirable.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Basic understanding of sales tactics and techniques.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to different clients.
  • Willingness to learn new products and services quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
