Job Summary
We are seeking for a highly skilled and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the company’s daily operations and drive long-term success. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) the COO will be responsible for implementing operational strategies ensuring business efficiency and fostering cross-functional collaboration. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with a track record of operational excellence strategic thinking and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Leadership
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee daily business functions to ensure productivity quality and customer satisfaction.
Improve internal processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
2. Strategic Planning
Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to shape and implement the company’s vision.
Identify opportunities for growth innovation and market expansion.
Analyze industry trends and competitive activity to support strategic decision-making.
3. Financial Management
Partner with finance managers to oversee budgeting financial planning and resource allocation.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and operational performance.
Use data-driven insights to guide strategic and operational decisions.
4. Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team.
Promote a collaborative inclusive and high-accountability work environment.
Support talent development and succession planning across departments.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a liaison between the executive team and operational departments.
Build strong relationships with partners vendors clients and other stakeholders.
Represent the company at industry events conferences and key public forums.
6. Risk & Compliance Management
Identify potential risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Ensure organizational compliance with legal regulatory and industry standards.
Uphold the company’s reputation and operational integrity.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role with extensive experience in operations management. Industry-specific experience preferred.
