Create engaging content (images videos Reels stories captions) tailored to each platform.
Monitor trends hashtags and viral content to keep the brand relevant and up to date.
Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand messaging.
Analyze performance metrics (reach engagement followers etc.) and optimize strategies accordingly.
Engage with followers respond to comments and messages and build a loyal community.
Stay updated on social media algorithms tools and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Media or a related field.
1 3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts especially Instagram and TikTok.
Strong understanding of platform algorithms video content trends and digital storytelling.
Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite Later Meta Business Suite TikTok Analytics).
Creative mindset with strong communication and copywriting skills.
Basic photo/video editing skills using tools like Canva Adobe Premiere CapCut etc.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
