Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Operations
Schedule and coordinate high-level meetings maintain calendars and handle internal and external communications on behalf of the CBDO.
Draft and prepare executive presentations reports and briefing materials for board meetings partner engagements and strategic events.
Track documentation and follow-up related to business development initiatives academic collaborations and governmental partnerships.
Project Coordination
Assist in the planning and execution of new academic and vocational program launches led by the CBDO.
Monitor timelines deliverables and progress reports for ongoing partnerships licensing negotiations and campus expansion projects.
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals and smooth operational execution.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary liaison between the CBDO s offices and both local and international partners.
Coordinate the preparation and timely submission of proposals contracts and official documentation.
Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all written and verbal communications on behalf of the CBDO.
Office Management
Oversee daily administrative operations maintain filing systems and manage office workflows across both the Business Development Office and Al-Tamkeen Almostamir.
Organize logistics for meetings visits and special events coordinated by the CBDO.
Monitor expenditures and assist with budget tracking in coordination with the finance team.
Additional Responsibilities
Work Schedule: Flexible based on departmental needs and the CBDO s operational priorities.
Meeting Support: Prepare agendas record minutes and follow up on action items for meetings chaired by the CBDO.
Performance Review: Subject to regular evaluations based on KPIs and outcomes aligned with the CBDO s strategic direction.
Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as a bridge between the Business Development Office and the Vocational Training Division to ensure operational cohesion.
Professional Development: Opportunities for skill-building and career growth through direct involvement in high-level strategic initiatives.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar executive support or office management role.
Fluent English proficiency both written and spoken is mandatory.
Strong organizational multitasking and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business productivity platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively across diverse teams and cultural contexts.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic high-pressure and mission-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in higher education vocational training or healthcare institutions.
Familiarity with the Saudi regulatory landscape (e.g. TVTC NCAAA) is an asset.
Experience supporting senior executives or institutional leaders.
