Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for developing implementing and managing our digital marketing campaigns to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns mentoring team members and making data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all major channels including SEO SEM social media email marketing and content marketing.
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads etc. with a focus on optimizing for ROI.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research competitive analysis and SEO audits to improve organic search rankings.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics SEMrush and others to assess results against KPIs.
- Lead Ad Creatives testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve user experience and campaign outcomes.
- Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including content design and sales) to create cohesive and effective marketing materials.
- Mentor junior members of the marketing team providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends technologies and best practices to keep our strategy innovative and effective.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM email social media and advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and extensive experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush).
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM software (e.g. Trello Asana HubSpot Marketo) is a major plus.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for achieving measurable results.
