This is a remote position.

Position Title: Sales Development Representative
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: 8 PM to 5 AM PH Time

We are seeking a dedicated and task-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client through Boomering. This role supports a fast-growing sales system deployment company by executing structured outreach strategies to generate qualified leads and set appointments ultimately driving client revenue growth through consistent call execution and CRM engagement.

As a Sales Development Representative: You will be responsible for executing day-to-day outreach activities based on pre-generated CRM tasks. Working under a structured playbook you will contact warm leads sourced through AI and data tools qualifying prospects and handling objections efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with strong cold-calling experience excellent spoken English and a drive to perform consistent high-volume outreach. You may also support appointment setting and light closing based on client needs and candidate capability.

Your Responsibilities as a Sales Development Representative would be:

Execute daily call tasks using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
Contact warm leads and qualify them for appointments or follow-ups.
Follow a provided sales playbook and messaging framework.
Log all touchpoints and lead interactions.
Deliver consistent outreach despite objections voicemails or low response rates.
Coordinate with internal teams to refine messaging and lead targeting.
Adapt between appointment setting and deal closing based on lead quality and sales funnel stage.
Handle multiple accounts switching focus between clients as directed.
Participate in performance reviews and training sessions for skill development.

Requirements

Qualifications as a Sales Development Representative:

At least 4 years of experience in cold calling or outbound sales roles.
Excellent verbal English with a neutral accent.
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred but not mandatory).
Strong phone communication and objection handling skills.
Ability to work independently and consistently follow structured processes.
Comfortable in a white-labeled environment representing client brands directly.
Willingness to work with warm leads and perform repetitive process-based outreach.
