Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Heres the lowdown!

Looking for a flexible full-time gig (37.5 hours a weekthough 30 could be possible) Youll earn between 40200 and 53600 including a base salary () a healthy 9% pension and the chance for a 25% bonus if you and the team hit your targets.

Who do we need

Were looking for a driven and commercially-minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is excited by the challenge of helping large complex organisations unlock value through bespoke software solutions.

This is a key role in our growing Sales team. Perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consultative sales environment is confident engaging with senior stakeholders and has a strong instinct for identifying opportunities. Youll work closely with our Sales Director and an experienced Account Executive to generate qualified leads and build relationships with our ideal customer profile.

Were building a high-performing team and this is a brilliant opportunity to make your mark in a growing business with the potential to develop into an Account Executive or future team leader.

What will you be doing

Youll take ownership of generating and qualifying new business opportunities creating momentum with senior tech leaders at large modernising enterprises and high-growth tech companies. Your focus will be on building pipeline through targeted outreach research and smart engagement working collaboratively with the wider Sales and Marketing teams as well as Technical Pre-Sales.

We are ideally looking for this role to be full time (37.5 hours) however are willing to consider 30 hours for the right candidate.
