Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Scope
- Mid-level marketing support role reporting to VP of Marketing & Client Success
- Flexible work environment with reasonable deadlines and natural workflow
- Mix of creative and technical tasks across multiple marketing channels
- Opportunity for growth and learning new tools and software as needed
- Collaborative team environment with existing high-performing team members
Responsibilities
- Support existing marketing strategy through execution and implementation
- Design print materials with understanding of pixel sizes and technical specifications
- Create and edit videos using Video AI tools for client support and marketing purposes
- Develop video bumpers for marketing and promotional videos
- Design social media banners and images for holidays and promotional events
- Manage and update WordPress-based website content
- Use Canva (teams version) for various design projects
- Follow marketing calendar to ensure consistent content delivery
- Collaborate on creative marketing initiatives including unique projects like prank call videos
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (top priority)
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently
- Creative mindset with willingness to try new approaches with at least 3 years of experience
- Not afraid to get hands dirty and figure out new tools and processes
- Ability to ask questions and learn quickly
- Mid-level experience
- Familiarity with Canva is a must
- Basic understanding of design principles including pixel sizes and technical specifications
