You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Field Solution Manager will play a crucial role in bridging technical expertise with customer needs supporting customer projects initiated by the Business Development team and ensuring customer satisfaction within the Microoptics Automotive & Consumer division. This role involves providing technical support assisting with the development of innovative solutions and building strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to align technical and business strategies fostering market growth in the region.
Main Tasks
1Assist in the development and implementation of innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.
2Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
3Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams and our partner network to align technical support with business strategies.
4Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
5Support the Business Development team in customer project initiation and execution.
Requirements
1Bachelors degree (BSc) in Engineering or a related technical field.
2Over 3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role within the automotive or consumer electronics industry.
3Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
4Native proficiency in Chinese and professional proficiency in English; German is a plus.
5Willingness to travel within the APAC region.
6Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
7Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
