This is a remote position.
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Calling Specialist to support financial services campaigns with a focus on LDR Financial. This is a high-volume outbound calling role where your main goal is to qualify leads schedule meetings and support the sales process.
Make high-volume outbound calls (hundreds per day as needed)
Reach out to prospects for financial services campaigns
Qualify leads by asking the right questions to determine interest
Build rapport and generate interest in offered services
Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the client s sales team
Send transcripts and meeting details to the client manager
Conduct reminder calls to ensure meeting attendance
Handle reschedules and confirmations as needed
Follow scripts and processes provided by the client
Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM
Work schedule aligned to Eastern Time Zone (EST)
Target: 5 qualified meetings per 20 hours worked; scaling up to 5 7 for 30 hours
Initial focus on LDR Financial with potential to expand to other campaigns
Opportunity to increase hours and responsibilities based on performance
Commission-based incentives in addition to base hourly pay
Potential to transition into a full-time role
Clear professional phone communication skills
Proven customer service and sales experience
Experience with financial services or LDR Financial campaigns preferred
Confident in handling objections and leading sales conversations
Persistent yet professional approach to follow-up
Proficiency with CRM systems and call management tools
Strong organization and appointment management skills
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
