Warm leads are waiting for a follow-up from someone like you!

Your Role:

Call warm leads and spark engaging conversations
Qualify potential clients based on a short script
Build trust and rapport no hard selling involved
Set appointments or pass on details to our Closer team
Keep notes updated and organised

What We re Looking For:

Proven experience in phone-based sales or customer service ideally in high-ticket or warm caller roles.

Strong communication listening and interpersonal skills.

Confident self-motivated and results-driven without being pushy.

Consistent track record of meeting KPIs or conversion goals.

Able to work independently manage pipelines and follow up professionally.

Organized reliable and comfortable working from home.

Clear friendly Aussie or neutral English accent.

TECHNICAL AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:

Ensure you have the necessary equipment and tools for a smooth workflow.

Reliable internet connection (at least 50mbps).

Suitable hardware including a computer or laptop webcam microphone and headset.

Collaboration tools such as video conferencing software instant messaging platforms and project management tools.
