Job Description
This is a remote position.
We re looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to help fill both permanent and contract roles. You ll handle the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement and play a key role in helping healthcare professionals find meaningful jobs. Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit top healthcare professionals across the U.S. for both permanent and contract positions
Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles including physicians registered nurses physical therapists behavioral therapists and PTAs
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Conduct detailed candidate screenings and assessments
Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process end-to-end
Help scale the firm s contract staffing division
Maintain accurate records in ATS and client databases
Deliver exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers
Requirements
Proven U.S. healthcare recruitment experience
Strong knowledge of healthcare job roles and qualifications
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Full-cycle recruitment expertise
Experience in both permanent and contract placements preferred
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
Skilled in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Strong relationship-building and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
