We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate / Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our HR team in Hyderabad. This role is best suited for recent graduates with an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources and up to 2 year of relevant experience. You will play a key role in driving our people strategy by supporting recruitment employee engagement and core HR operations. Working in a 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST shift you will collaborate closely with global teams to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing screening scheduling interviews and issuing offer letters
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and align hiring strategies
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Coordinate with external platforms and partners to support hiring efforts
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth new hire experience
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives such as team-building wellness and recognition programs
- Conduct employee check-ins and gather feedback to support a positive workplace culture
- Support internal HR communication to drive transparency and inclusiveness
- Assist in maintaining HR records compliance documentation and employee data
- Support attendance tracking shift scheduling and payroll coordination
- Help coordinate performance review processes and track key HR metrics
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and internal reporting
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field
- 2 - 4 years of experience in HR talent acquisition or a related function
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Passion for creating engaging employee experiences
