About the Role
As a Site Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for recruiting clinical and site operations talent to support our growing site network. You will play a key role in staffing roles like Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) Clinical Research Specialists (CRS) and other site-facing positions. This role will partner closely with regional leads and site directors to ensure timely compliant and high-quality hiring aligned with our networks strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume recruitment for clinical and operational roles across multiple geographies
- Partner with Regional Directors Site Managers and People Partners to assess staffing needs
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired roles
- Screen interview and coordinate hiring process for site-level candidates
- Collaborate with People Ops on onboarding workflows and hiring metrics
- Support employer branding efforts for site-based hiring
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 24 years of recruiting experience preferably in clinical research or healthcare
- Experience with high-volume hiring and multi-site coordination
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CRCs CRAs or similar clinical roles
- Knowledge of regulatory/licensing considerations in clinical hiring
