Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support the planning and execution of our internal and external communication strategies. This role plays a key part in maintaining consistent messaging supporting team-wide communications efforts and helping develop materials that reflect the Captura Hall brand and mission.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute communication initiatives across departments
Draft internal memos newsletters presentations and press materials
Assist in the creation and review of written content for campaigns and events
Manage communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials
Support the team with reporting and analysis of communication performance
Collaborate with leadership to align messaging across all platforms
Help organize internal meetings events and engagement programs
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations English or related field
13 years of experience in a communications administrative or coordination role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong document editing skills
Experience in working collaboratively across diverse teams
