Job Description
We are currently seeking a Communications Agent to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles CA. In this role you will serve as the bridge between internal departments and external clients ensuring clear consistent and professional communication. The ideal candidate is proactive organized and excels at verbal and written correspondence.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing communications across multiple channels
Draft edit and review internal and external correspondence
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely updates and messaging
Support client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information
Prepare reports briefings and summaries as needed
Assist in organizing meetings presentations and stakeholder communications
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Business or related field
1 years of experience in a communications customer service or administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
