Were looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support separate high-impact initiatives that will help shape the future of how we operate. Depending on your experience and interests youll be matched to one of the following streams.
The Initiatives:
Safety Risk and Compliance: improving how we capture manage and report safety-related events. Youll work across business and technical teams to define workflows support regulatory reporting and enhance the way we handle risk and compliance.
Rostering and Logistics: enhancing crew and resource scheduling systems. Youll work on integration-heavy changes support vendor assessments and help shape smarter more scalable rostering solutions.
What youll bring
5 years experience as a Senior Business Analyst
Proven ability to clarify complex requirements and align diverse stakeholders
Strong documentation discovery and analysis skills
Experience working in agile delivery environments (familiar with Jira Confluence etc.)
A natural ability to move from ambiguity to structure
