Cavista Holdings seeks an accomplished Director of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership across our diversified portfolio including Cavista Technologies Agbeyewa Farms PayZeep and Glocient Hospitality. This role will oversee all aspects of financial management ensuring alignment with our growth objectives while maintaining rigorous compliance and fiscal discipline.

Key Responsibilities.
- Develop and execute group-wide financial strategies to optimize profitability liquidity and investment returns.
- Lead consolidated financial reporting budgeting and forecasting for all subsidiaries.
- Manage risk and compliance across multiple industries (tech agriculture fintech hospitality).
- Drive digital transformation of financial systems and processes.
- Collaborate with Finance Leads to standardize policies and improve performance.
- Lead annual budgeting forecasting and long-term financial planning for all subsidiaries.
- Advise the business and finance leaders on M&A fundraising and capital structure decisions.
- Oversee consolidated financial statements (IFRS/GAAP compliant) for Cavista Holdings and subsidiaries.
- Ensure adherence to tax regulatory and statutory requirements across Nigeria and other operating regions.
- Manage external audits liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies (SEC FIRS PenCom etc.).
- Optimize cash flow working capital and treasury operations across the group.
- Implement hedging strategies to mitigate currency interest rates and commodity risks.
- Oversee insurance programs (including Group Life per Nigerian labor laws).
- Ensure fintech regulatory compliance (CBN NDIC) and fraud prevention.
- Lead a centralized finance team supporting all subsidiaries.
- Mentor finance leads subsidiaries to align with group standards.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or related field.
- Mandatory: ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent certification.
- Preferred: MBA or masters in finance.
Experience:
15 years in finance leadership with 5 years in a multi-entity group (holding company conglomerate or multinational).
Expertise in:
- Consolidated financial reporting (IFRS/GAAP).
- Subsidiary financial control (tech agriculture fintech or hospitality sectors).
- Nigerias regulatory landscape (SEC CBN FIRS NSITF).
- Track record in fundraising investor relations or M&A.
