Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to support and troubleshoot a variety of systems and devices. This role involves providing technical assistance to end-users maintaining system performance and ensuring seamless IT operations.


Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in IT support helpdesk or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems; familiarity with Mac and Linux (Ubuntu) preferred.
  • Ability to write and debug scripts using Bash PowerShell or Python.
  • Strong understanding of network concepts including IP addressing DNS DHCP and VPNs.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira ServiceNow or Zendesk) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to read and write in English at a B1 level or higher.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Windows operating systems and assist users with Mac and Linux (Ubuntu) environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Write and maintain scripts in Bash PowerShell or Python to automate processes and improve system efficiency.
  • Manage and configure network devices troubleshoot connectivity problems and support basic network administration tasks.
  • Use and maintain ticketing systems to track prioritize and resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Assist in the deployment configuration and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
  • Document technical procedures and solutions to build a knowledge base for end-users and team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and address technical challenges.


Additional Information :

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with LDAP and Google Workspace administration.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or Linux Essentials are a plus.
