You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Developing and maintaining a robust risk management framework for all project phases.
- Collaborating with project managers and teams to facilitate the identification and assessment of project risks defining mitigation strategies and action plans monitoring their implementation and tracking residual risk levels.
- Designing and maintaining a centralized risk reporting system.
- Preparing periodic risk reports for senior management and oversight bodies.
- Staying informed about emerging risk assessment methodologies and tools and recommending and implementing improvements where applicable.
- Promoting a proactive risk culture by delivering internal training sessions on risk management and ensuring that materialised issues are analysed and integrated into future risk planning.
- Maintaining an internal knowledge base of risk management practices and lessons learned.
- Coordinating with the Ignitis Group Risk Manager to ensure consistency with group-wide risk policies and practices.
Qualifications :
- University degree in Engineering Business Risk Management Project Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of managing project risks
- Good knowledge of renewables (wind farms solar plants energy storage hybrid plants) is an advantage
- Experience of working across multiple countries is an advantage
- Good knowledge of risk management and risk mitigation techniques
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Proven ability to maintain a results-oriented mindset thinking both strategically and innovatively
- Strong capability to prioritize key areas
