KIPP Change Academy seeks a detail-oriented highly organized and mission-driven individuals for the role of Enrollment Manager. The Enrollment Manager role offers an opportunity for individuals to develop professionally and help expand the schools community.
Youre a systems thinker and you like seeing processes built from the ground up. You enjoy working with data and have a strong knack for detail oriented organization and ability to create processes to manage large amounts of information. But in everything you do you put relationships first. You love building lasting relationships with students staff and families creating trust respect and accountability for the success of our students and our schools.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
What Youll Do
The Enrollment Manager is the student enrollment and recruitment expert at the school. As such this person is responsible for maintaining impeccable student information data assisting with seamless school operations and supporting excellent teaching and learning by providing enrollment data to inform decisions. Specifically the Enrollment Manager works closely with the regional Operations Teams the School Operations Team and School Admin Team to ensure the schools day one enrollment targets are met and maintained.

Hours are M Th & F 7:30am - 3:45 Tu & W 7:30 - 5pm
This is a 12 month role that works through the summer

Total Rewards - Compensation & Benefits
Salary is $40k - $50k annually based on educational attainment and years of relevant experience.
