Financial Consolidation & Reporting
- Support the Group Accounting Consolidation Leader in the preparation and review of monthly quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements for all QIMA entities.
- Perform detailed flux analysis on balance sheet and cash flow movements to provide actionable financial insights supporting business decision-making.
- Assist in month-end closing activities at the consolidated level ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial data.
- Ensure timely and compliant consolidated financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and internal accounting policies.
- Prepare monthly financial reports including consolidated financial statements and cash flow analyses.
- Develop ad hoc financial reports to assist senior leadership with strategic planning and operational decisions.
Accounting Adjustments & Compliance
- Review reconcile and eliminate intercompany transactions to maintain consolidated financial accuracy.
- Prepare and post top-side adjusting and elimination entries for consolidation purposes.
- Support the group-wide application and compliance with IFRS 16 (Leases) including interpretation and implementation guidance.
- Provide training and advisory assistance to regional and local finance teams to standardize IFRS accounting treatments and ensure consistent practices.
Coordination & Audit Support
- Collaborate actively with regional finance teams to collect validate and reconcile financial data supporting consolidation efforts.
- Facilitate external and internal audit processes by preparing required documentation and responding to queries related to consolidation and accounting.
Systems & Process Improvement
- Maintain and optimize financial consolidation platforms and tools including NetSuite and Prophix to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives concerning system integration automation and consolidation process enhancements aligning systems with operational and reporting requirements.
Work Schedule
- This position requires working a mid-shift schedule from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Philippine Time to coordinate effectively with global finance teams.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial consolidation within a multinational or multi-entity environment.
- Strong proficiency and knowledge of IFRS standards with hands-on experience in IFRS 16 application.
- Experience with financial ERP/consolidation systems such as NetSuite or Oracle and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage pressures and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
