Job Description

Join Nine as our Head of Workplace Relations and lead a vital team delivering seamless impactful P&C support to our leaders. 

Youll oversee manager advisory and safety employee relations and the application of industrial relations ensuring our services are user-friendly effective and person-centred. This role is key to optimising people solutions and fostering a compliant positive workplace.

Day to day you will:

  • Lead and mentor the Manager Advisory team fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring consistent HR support.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders on diverse employee matters acting as a trusted point of contact for complex situations.
  • Oversee employee and industrial relations ensuring compliance managing complex cases and leading enterprise agreement negotiations.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies and legal compliance developing accessible resources for leaders.
  • Guide leaders in effective performance management promoting continuous feedback and development.
  • Utilise data and insights to identify trends inform P&C strategy and drive continuous improvement in services and policies.
  • Advocate for cultural transformation and collaborate across P&C functions to deliver seamless service leveraging HR technology for an enhanced manager experience.

Qualifications :

Youll be a highly skilled and supportive HR professional with a talent for guiding leaders and fostering a safe inclusive and high-performing workplace. Were looking for someone who consistently applies best practice and genuinely champions a positive employee experience.

What youll bring: 

  • Deep expertise in HR best practices employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide expert advice and coaching.
  • Proficiency in employee relations including conflict resolution and investigations.
  • A talent for problem-solving assessing complex situations and developing appropriate solutions.
