Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Assistant to join our growing team. As a Public Relations Assistant you will play a key role in supporting the public relations department in various tasks aimed at promoting our brand and fostering positive media relations. This position is perfect for an individual who is passionate about communications and public relations and possesses strong writing and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and distributing press releases and media materials.
- Maintain and update media contact lists and databases.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare summaries and reports for team review.
- Help coordinate and plan PR events product launches and press conferences.
- Collaborate with team members to develop engaging content for social media.
- Conduct research to identify media opportunities and potential stories.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Public Relations Communications Marketing or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
