Calgary AB Full-Time Direct Hire
Competitive Hourly Pay Shift Premiums Tool & Boot Allowances
Shifts: Evening & Night 4 Days On / 3 Days Off Rotation
Night Shift Premium: $1.50/hr. (7:00 PM/6:00 AM)
Schedule includes weekends and optional overtime
Are you a hands-on solutions-driven tradesperson with a passion for keeping production lines running smoothly HireNow Staffing is hiring skilled Red Seal Millwrights and Dual-Ticketed Millwright/Electricians for a fast-paced high-output manufacturing environment in Calgary.
Whether youre a maintenance specialist or a hybrid expert in both electrical and mechanical systems this role offers the chance to put your technical skills to work in a modern facility with a tight-knit supportive team.
What Youll Do:

Troubleshoot repair and maintain high-speed production and packaging equipment.

Perform mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and minor electrical diagnostics and repairs.
-
Read technical blueprints equipment manuals and schematics to ensure proper installations and maintenance.
-
Utilize fabrication tools and machinery (e.g. lathes welding equipment milling machines).
-
Execute PM and CM tasks through the internal maintenance management system.
-
Respond to equipment breakdowns efficiently to reduce downtime.
-
Support ongoing upgrades and improvement projects to boost reliability and safety.
-
Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area; strictly follow all safety and food-grade protocols.
What You Bring:
-
Red Seal Certification as an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) (Required)
Dual ticket as a Millwright Electrician Thats a major plus and earns premium pay.
-
3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or food production setting.
-
Confident troubleshooting mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
-
Skilled in welding machining and fabrication.
-
Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
-
Solid communication and problem-solving skills; able to work solo or with a team.

Comfortable using maintenance software Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
