Are you fluent in Spanish and English Are you confident in handling sales conversations managing leads and closing deals Were looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Virtual Assistant to support our growing international team.
Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads in both English and Spanish
Conduct outbound outreach via email phone and social media
Assist in preparing sales presentations proposals and follow-ups
Manage and update CRM (e.g. HubSpot Pipedrive or similar)
Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team
Support marketing efforts through lead generation and research
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written & spoken)
Previous experience in sales telemarketing or lead generation (virtual setting is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and productivity apps
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Positive attitude and a desire to help customers and grow with the team
Flexible but must have availability in overlapping hours with U.S. business time zones
Experience working with U.S. or Latin American clients
Familiarity with Zoom Slack Trello and Google Workspace
Knowledge in customer success or upselling strategies
