Job Description
Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu)
Shift: GY Shift
Requirements:
- 5 years in BPO
- 2 to 3 years in a TL level role
- Preferrably with experience in Amadeus Sabre Galileo tools
- Good commnication Skills
- Travel industry experience is a must
- GDS is a non negotiable tool the rest are preferred
Education Requirements: At least 2 years in College (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities:
- Provides strategic direction to area of business for critical business decisions
- Initiates and leads standardization improvement re-engineering / cost effectiveness initiatives
- Identifies and implements revenue generation opportunities
- Works in diverse challenging environment and offer consultation & define the business requirements
- Leads change management efforts and share best practices with team and build diverse talent
- Delivers high quality standards across the processes and projects
- Adheres to Controls and compliance as per company policy and norms
- Demonstrates analytical capabilities problem solving ambiguity management multi-tasking
abilities in-addition to drive results and collaborating & relationship building skills.
