Job Description

About the Job: HR Onboarding Manager (Taguig)

Key Responsibilities:

This role will manage the onboarding team be accountable for reports and analytics handle recruitment partners contract renewals manage risk and compliance for pre-employment documents and pre-employment medical exams aligned to the companys standards and mandated by the government and client requirements and govern internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any related course
  • 8 to 10 years of end-to-end BPO recruitment experience
  • Minimum of 4 years experience handling BPO recruitment on-boarding with more than 5 years leadership experience
  • Proven background in recruitment analytics reporting and risk and compliance management.
  • Amenable to working onsite full-time in our BGC Taguig office.
  • Amendable to work on the graveyard shift
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays when business demands.
  • Non-negotiable: audit and compliance experience and willingness to work graveyard shift
  • The hiring manager leans more towards onboarding and compliance-specific background that is focused on a per-tower type of org chart.
