- Proficient with sourcing tools job boards & networks
- 30 hrs/week availability
- Resilient positive target-driven financially secure (pay per hire no fixed salary)
- Not currently working with any recruitment agency
Responsibilities:
- Identify & attract top talent using creative sourcing methods - 70% active sourcing
- Conduct interviews & assess candidates qualifications
- Follow up the operation plan with the team leader to understand hiring needs and the USPs
- Manage candidate pipelines & maintain strong communication with candidates & clients
- Draft and post engaging job ads 30% passive sourcing
