Duties and Responsibilities

    • Communicating professionally in person over the phone and via email to accounts and team members
    • Track growth/decline of managed customer accounts and identify new opportunities
    • Utilize TMS to enter bids and keeping communication with customers
    • Provide customers with a quick effective solution if problems arise
    • Continuously build and increase your industry knowledge
    • Ability to be the main point of contact for customers
    • Assist with accounting department with any invoicing problems that may arise
    • Ability to generate sales among existing customer accounts including upselling and cross-selling
    • Service multiple customers accounts concurrently often meeting deadlines

Experience and Qualifications

    • High school Diploma Required
    • Bachelors degree in related field preferred
    • Minimum of two-years experience in logistics preferred
    • Minimum of three-years experience in customer service preferred
    • Exceptional communication skills written and verbal
    • Passion for sales and the art of negotiation
    • Self-starter mentality
    • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
    • Strategically focused and persistent
    • Ability to multitask while simultaneously building relationships

$45000 - $50000 a year
$45000 - $50000 salary plus bi-weekly commission
