About the Position:

Are you ready to become part of something thats just as exciting as our lightning-fast quotes We have a great opportunity for a motivated self-starter who wants to learn the ins and outs of our sales organization. At Swyfft our sales team provides best-in-class strategy and support to our growing network of independent agents and strategic partners that sell our home and commercial property policies. You will be an integral part of the sales team providing agent onboarding insightful reporting and administrative help with whatever is needed.


*This position is a 100% remote U.S. based opportunity that can be based in one of the following states only: AL AZ FL GA KY LA MA MO NC NJ NY OH OR PA SC TN TX UT VA WA WI.

Some travel for day-to-day work team meetings and training will be required.

Key Responsibilities: (What youll be asked to do)

  • Provide first class client support to our agents via phone and/or email.
  • Manage agent credentials and licensing in multiple systems including IMS (agency management system) and Hubspot.
  • Partner with our sales team to assist in managing relationships with new and existing insurance agencies.
  • Manage high volume of Zendesk tickets and online requests from our agents.
  • Assist with the facilitation book rolls policy transfers and agent reporting.
  • Provide general administrative support for the sales team.
  • Propose solutions to streamline workflows and efficiencies.

  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You take initiative and are the backbone of the sales organization.
  • Works well with others in a fast-paced collaborative environment.


Some Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience working in the P&C commercial or other insurance related business.
  • Tech savvy- you are able to pick up on internal systems and programs quickly.


Education:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or its equivalent (GED) is required.


Computer Skills:

  • Must be proficient with MS Office and other internal insurance related programs systems or applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively using programs such as Slack & MS Teams. You are comfortable sharing screens and video chatting.
  • Experience with IMS Hubspot and/or Zendesk is a plus.


Other:

  • Reliable high-speed internet connectivity required.
  • Designated quiet work from home space.


The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is: $50000 - $65000 per year benefits.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. This salary range is a good-faith estimate of what Swyfft may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on skills qualifications and experience. The range reflects annual compensation (as applicable) and does not include bonuses or other incentives that the company may choose to pay at its sole discretion.
