Territory Manager - Chhattisgarh - Automotive Business

We are in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the role of Territory Manager Chhattisgarh. This position will be at work level 4 based in Raipur and will report to the Regional Sales Manager.


Key responsibilities (or What you can expect in the role)

  • Full Responsibility and Ownership of the Aftermarket business in the respective region.
  • Daily coordination with Distributors & retailers and make sure that smooth transactions.
  • Market visit based on the allotted task which is related to demand generation activities
  • Appointing & managing the Distributors (New and Existing).
  • Achieving the sales target of the region & planning for sales development of existing & New areas.
  • Monthly Distributor Score Card review
  • Mentoring and guiding his FSRs & follow company SOPs and implement in the field.
  • Manage escalations related to receivables from Distributor
  • Understand companys vision/Mission/Goals and take action in that direction to create right output.
  • Create clear and effective communication among the team.
  • Ability to understand and analyse data & effective utilization of data to drive objectives.

Requirements (or We expect you to have/be)

Skill Set

  • Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Team management
  • Solution selling
  • Basic understanding of logistics at a distributor points

KPIs

  • 100% Task compliance
  • Increasing trend of percentage of successful task closures
  • 100% SOP compliance by Distributors (DSC Score 100%)
  • No distributor in credit lock

Education & Experience

  • B.E / B. Tech OR Any Graduate with MBA
  • Experience of 5 - 8 years in frontline Retail sales and Distributor management
  • Industry - Manufacturing /Engineering firms Auto components oil batteries OEMs
