How Youll Make an Impact

  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with a strategic data center customer
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive account strategy
  • Drive growth by aligning customer needs with Hitachi Energys innovative solutions
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across five business units
  • Act as the central point of contact for all customer interactions and escalations
  • Represent customer interests internally while supporting business unit goals
  • Mentor and guide internal teams to ensure alignment and success
  • Lead strategic negotiations and manage complex projects
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or business; MBA preferred
  • 12 years of experience in account management
  • 5 years working with data center clients ideally hyperscale
  • Proven success in matrixed cross-functional environments
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
  • Role will be based in San Francisco CA area
