Full Time Position but could be part-time for the right candidate. There is flexibility in creating a work schedule for the right person but does include working a five day schedule Monday-Friday.
The right person is an experienced hands-on Operations Specialist who will:
- Oversee the day to day management of debit and credit card programs
- Provide call center support for online services
- Monitor escrow accounts and coordinate timely payments
- Coordinate receipt of legal title for all vehicle loans
- Complete quality control reviews on consumer loan and mortgage files
- Provide support for daily Branch and Loan Operations
This person must be flexible multi-tasking detail-oriented and enjoy working with members and with numbers. No two days will be the same!
Requirements: minimum 2 years work experience financial institution preferred general knowledge of loan products high school diploma/equivalent. Experience in a bank or credit union as a teller operations specialist service rep or customer service in a retail environment preferred.
