The Manager Campaign Management drives the adoption and onboarding of advertisers to the Walmart Ads platform. Including providing setup and best practices for successful execution campaigns. This position monitors goals and key performance indicators for a portfolio of accounts to ensure on-schedule and full delivery of campaigns. The Manager may also proactively shares optimization strategies for campaigns propose media strategies and track campaign stability collaborating with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues.
As a subject matter expert the Manager accesses and analyzes data to pull relevant campaign results supporting Account Management with insights to inform gaps and revenue growth opportunities. This role includes hosting status calls with account teams delivering performance and pacing strategies and escalating potential risks with resolutions. The Manager generates reports to support strategic recommendations and continuously identifies operational efficiencies.
Partnering with Sales and Account Managers the Manager also builds and grows client relationships attending client meetings as needed. Additionally this role involves developing and supporting the Campaign/Event Planning process ensuring it is on time accurate and compliant with business rules. The Manager also trains cross-functional team members on campaign processes to maintain compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications:
3 years experience implementing customer campaigns and strategies with a deep knowledge of search and auction-based environment measurement methodologies and ad buying platforms. (Search ads Criteo DSPs Amazon DV360 Trade Desk)
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven experience in campaign management and platform expertise.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Experience in training and supporting cross-functional teams.
Good understanding of Ad technology and auction-based environments
Google / Adobe Analytics) and media buying platforms (ex. Google Facebook Pinterest etc.)
Experience with Retail media online experience a plus
Proven ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations POV statements strategic and operational recommendations to internal stakeholders
Great understanding of the Canadian Media landscape
