Valued Lives Foundation is seeking a passionate hands-on Executive Officer (EO) to lead our next chapter of impact innovation and inclusion.

About Us

Founded by families with lived experience Valued Lives Foundation is a proudly peer-led not-for-profit organisation supporting people with disability and their families to live their best lives.

Were a registered NDIS provider delivering creative person-driven solutions that build community inclusion and capacity. From launching sector-shaping projects like Peer-to-Peer Connect WA to leading the My Home My Design initiative weve never been afraid to do things differently.

Now celebrating over a decade of impact weve sharpened our focus. Through Empowered Connections we deliver high-impact capacity-building services that empower people to take charge of their futures.

What Were Looking For

Youll be a confident and empathetic leader with:

  • Experience delivering outcomes in the disability sector
  • A knack for translating strategy into operational impact
  • Proven ability to supervise staff and cultivate lived experience leadership
  • Strong governance compliance and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A genuine belief in co-design innovation and the power of people
