How Youll Make an Impact
Monitor production progress and ensure quality and schedule targets are met
Develop and improve manufacturing processes through tool and equipment design
Write clear work instructions job aids and technical specifications
Troubleshoot issues directly on the shop floor
Analyze and maintain digital process recipes
Compile and present data-driven reports and visualizations
Use engineering software to support process optimization
Lead and participate in Kaizen and LEAN events to drive continuous improvement
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with LEAN methodologies and process improvement tools
Proficiency in technical writing and documentation
Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally
