Job Description
Therapy West Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine (TW) in partnership with Mountain Land Physical Therapy is leading the nation in advancing musculoskeletal care. With one-third of primary care visits related to musculoskeletal conditions and a growing shortage of physicians we are putting physical therapists at the front of careequipped with diagnostic imaging for faster more accurate treatment. To expand access in underserved rural areas we offer $90000$105000 in total annual income for therapists hired in one of our rural clinics including $80000$85000 in salary and $10000$25000 for student loan repayment in your first year.

What Does Your Role Look Like
- Manage a Balanced Caseload: Top performers treat an average of 12 patients per day with one-on-one dedicated time with each patient. You can double-book only if its not excessive you are comfortable with it and does not negatively impact patient care.
- Autonomy in Treatment: Design and implement your own customized care plans to help patients achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with a High-Level Team: Work alongside experienced therapists sports specialists and local medical professionals to deliver cutting-edge rehab.
