As a BI analyst you will be a critical part of a data-driven and insights-led organization. This position will be responsible for developing enterprise-wide analytics partnership with business and operational stakeholders to deliver strategic reporting and insights and continue the modernization of BI practices to evolve towards predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Objectives of this role
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable BI solutions using modern tools (e.g. Tableau) to enable data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
- Transverse multiple data sources and provide connections to accurately and timely provide the insights needed for ROI development
- Collaborating with departments throughout the organization to provide them with actionable insights and the right KPIs not only to properly run their departments but continue to grow
- Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation after thorough analysis of data
- Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design requirements and user manuals for the organization
- Understand process/outputs to manage and monitor business line performance
- Further solidly/enhance key controls around data warehousing
- Allow the company to analyze the key drivers of running the business day to day and the inputs needed in order to scale up and outward
- Ad Hoc Reporting
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Director of BI to build out roadmap of actionable analysis and the proper data views to analyze that plan
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual performance data
- Not only handle the department requests for buildout but ensure overall health of organization is safeguarded through our data collection
- Collaborate with other departments to shorten timelines around data presentation and ensure completeness and thoroughness of data presented
- Any new initiatives as transcribed by management
Qualifications
Experience and qualifications:
- 1-2 years Experience working as BI Programmer/Analyst
- Knowledge of statistical analysis processes and packages
- Outstanding communication reporting and presentation skills

Preferred skills and qualifications
- Experience in financial forecasting and trend analytics
- Experience in Tableau preferred but experience in other ERP and Data Optimizing services is mandatory
- Experience in a corporate finance or consulting setting where applicable is preferred
Education:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in finance/Information systems or related field
