The Advisor will assist the agency in modernizing and standardizing IT category management processes including market analysis supplier evaluation and spend optimization to improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance quality of IT services. The Advisor will implement a comprehensive market analysis framework in line with agency CM principles leveraging data analytics and market research to identify potential sourcing opportunities track market trends and assess competitor activity and supplier capabilities. Enhance supplier evaluation and selection processes. Recommend ways to optimize spend across agency IT while ensuring that IT services meet business needs.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in market analysis cost benefit analysis alternative analysis cost estimation and business analysis methods. The ideal candidate will have completed category management strategic sourcing and procurement training. The role requires US citizenship (no dual citizens) and domicile within commuting distance of client site near the Clients St. Louis office.
Will require full time on-site work and occasional travel.
