We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Manager to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional looking to develop commercial and strategic finance skills in a fast-paced business environment. What you will do

• Responsible for proactively providing insights analysis and management information to the company to support / influence decision-making for the assigned area
• Analyse sales margin and cost data to provide actionable insights and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Assist in month-end reporting and variance analysis.
• Partner with commercial and operational teams to understand financial impacts of business decisions.
• Provide advice and support during the bidding phase up to the best and final offer (BAFO)
• Contribute to performance reviews of business units including KPI tracking and dashboard reporting.
• Help develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Participate in ad hoc analysis and projects as required by senior finance or business leadership.
• Collaborating on the development and implementation of guidelines and instructions for new procedures and regulations
• Spends a significant percentage of time with the business unit
• Builds trust and strong relationships in both the business unit and the finance department
• Understands the business units goals and the key decisions required to achieve those goals
• Understands the structure of the group operating model (GOM) and the role of the business unit within that model

What you will need

• Bachelor/Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field
• 35 years experience in Finance and Business controlling FP&A
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with SAP is a plus
• Strong commercial understanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with non-financial stakeholders
• Willingness to travel
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
• Fluent in English French and Dutch
• Knowledge of key customers competitors suppliers and projects for the respective business area
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
