Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working closely with our proactive Marketing Team and supported by our exceptional Administration Team this busy phone-based role is responsible for sales of our quality Novated Lease Products to both existing and prospective clients.

Your role will be dynamic and involve managing the entire sales process including:

  • Actively responding to and qualifying qualityinbound leads
  • Building rapport with both existing and prospective clients
  • Providing advice and promoting the benefits of Novated Leasing including presenting to employees and employers
  • Identifying and nurturing sales opportunities through to conversion and account maximisation
  • Assisting customers with the selection sourcing and financing of vehicles
  • Processing finance applications through to securing deals and client implementation


Skills And Experiences

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

To be considered you will:

  • Have a genuine passion for sales and a desire to succeed not only meeting but regularly exceeding KPIs and targets
  • Enjoying developing deep and meaningful rapport with clients and customers and get a buzz from helping them to save money and drive away in the car of their dreams
  • Excel in B2B or B2C sales environment
  • Demonstrate an effective communication and selling style able to adapt to a broad range of clients
  • Build effective long-term customer relationships and proactively develop your client portfolio
  • Have a dedicated and disciplined can-do approach to work
  • Possess outstanding problem solving and organisational skills
  • Be able to work independently whilst also enjoy collaborating as part of a team
  • Proficiently use MS Office Salesforce or similar CRM system Teams and Zoom
  • Confidently approach learning new skills and processes
  • A willingness to undertake occasional interstate travel as required

Whilst not essential experience in automotive fleet finance or associated industries will also be highly regarded
