Ever wondered what it feels like to be a ServiceNow Consultant in Netcompany
As a ServiceNow Consultant you will:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle ensuring timely and quality delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
- Manage client relationships as the main point of contact for clients building strong relationships and managing expectations proactively.
- Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams (developers analysts testers) to deliver cohesive and effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Track milestones proactively identify risks and issues and implement effective resolutions to keep projects on track.
- Contribute to the setup and customization of various ServiceNow modules.
- Prepare and deliver clear and targeted presentations and reports for both internal and external audiences.
- Leverage strong ITIL knowledge to guide enterprise service management initiatives.
- Translates business requirements into concrete technical solutions facilitating smooth project execution.
Qualifications :
What would you make a good fit for the role:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Engineering Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management and/or consulting with at least 2 years in ServiceNow-related roles
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams and lead consulting engagements
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
