Job Description
Responsible for assisting the Project Manager and project management team in the execution of projects through all phases of construction.
Assists the Project Manager in the following areas:
- Estimating
- Planning and scheduling
- Management of subcontractors and vendors
- Communication with all members of the project team
- Quick and appropriate response to issues that may arise
- Timely turnover of a properly constructed project
- Timely project closeout
- Complete customer satisfaction
- Customer follow up
- Project profitability
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or Construction Management or relevant experience in lieu of education.
- Minimum of (2) yearsexperience in a construction related field
