Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Technical Project Manager to work closely with our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with 46 years of experience who is looking to grow into a career in Project / Product Management. The candidate will be responsible for managing project execution stakeholder communication and supporting product development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Apply mid-level knowledge of project management processes and tools including dependency mapping critical path analysis and risk mitigation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present project status updates and respond to stakeholder queries with minimal reliance on technical leads.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment on goals timelines and deliverables.
- Learning and Growth: Invest time in understanding the domain and underlying technologies. Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow into a product management role.
- Execution and Delivery: Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans roadmaps and KPIs. Ensure timely delivery of business value.
- Engagement and Leadership: Promote team engagement manage risks and maintain clear and consistent communication across teams.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in project management or technical coordination.
- Familiarity with web application development SDLC and understanding of the engineering mindset.
- Strong communication skills and professional discipline.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Demonstrated interest in product management and strategic planning.
- Experience in the finance domain is a plus.
