- Handle inquiries about product orders payments and deliveries as well as complaints always in a professional and timely manner

What you will bring:
- Fluency in Danish
- Very good use of English both in written and spoken language
- Work experience in the field of retail is welcome
- Familiarity with e-commerce will be considered an asset
- Exceptional communication & soft skills as well as a problem-solving mentality
- Computer knowledge/tech savviness
- A positive and adventurous attitude
