Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary HR contact for all personnel matters across BYDs retail locations (dealerships) in the region
    • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment onboarding performance management employee relations and offboarding
    • Provide guidance and support to store managers and employees on HR policies procedures and labor law topics
    • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies at all retail sites
    • Collaborate closely with central HR operations and dealership management to align retail HR practices with corporate standards
    • Support HR data management and reporting for retail headcount turnover and related KPIs

Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Around 5 years experience in HR ideally within automotive retail dealer networks or consumer-facing businesses
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices
  • Experience working in a fast-paced multi-site environment
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel between Frankfurt Stuttgart and retail sites as needed
