- Act as the primary HR contact for all personnel matters across BYDs retail locations (dealerships) in the region
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment onboarding performance management employee relations and offboarding
- Provide guidance and support to store managers and employees on HR policies procedures and labor law topics
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies at all retail sites
- Collaborate closely with central HR operations and dealership management to align retail HR practices with corporate standards
- Support HR data management and reporting for retail headcount turnover and related KPIs
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Around 5 years experience in HR ideally within automotive retail dealer networks or consumer-facing businesses
- Solid knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced multi-site environment
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel between Frankfurt Stuttgart and retail sites as needed
